Job Description:
- Sending quotations to vendors as per requirement received
- Comparison of rates with different vendors
- Preparation of master codes in software
- Preparation of purchase order
- Generation of GRN sheet and working of tolerance limit.
- Continuous Follow up for pending products
- Coordination with plant store for checking of physical stock available
- Booking of Non printed material and requirement received from plant
- Finding of containers, Bottles or any other innovative packing material as per requirement.
- Arrangement of vendor payment excel sheet according to our future needs from vendor.
- Coordination with management for vendor payment release.
- Packing Material status confirmation to sales team or any other management person.
- Tracking of dispatched good
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Salary:
₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year
