We are seeking a highly organized and professional front office cum admin to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing front office operation while also assisting with HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front office Management:
Handle inquiries and provide information to employees and external parties
Ticket and Room booking:
Book travel arrangements including flights, train, accommodation, and transportation
Manage MD's calendar and schedule meetings,appoinments ,and travel arrangements accordingly.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports related to travel and accommodations.
HR Support:
Onboard new employees and conduct orientation sessions.
Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
