Position Overview:
Unifynd is seeking a motivated and ambitious Key Accounts Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key account management within the retail tech industry.

The Key Accounts Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting our efforts to maintain and strengthen relationships with our key clients, driving customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing key client accounts, including communication, relationship building, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of personalized experiences and automated marketing campaigns for key clients using FutureCustomer.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of retail tech industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve processes and deliver exceptional value to key clients.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in retail technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.
