Profile Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services and consulting company.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client base and increase market share.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies, solutions, and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Shift:

  • Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Lead generation: 2 years (preferred)
  • HubSpot: 2 years (preferred)
