We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ISIM Trainer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handson exercises, tailored to various audiences such as system administrators, security analysts, and endusers.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and reinforcing key concepts.
Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in ISIM, incorporating new features and enhancements into training materials and curriculum.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously refine training programs to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in training and consulting, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity management industry.
Proficiency in IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), with handson experience in configuration, administration, and deployment.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience developing training materials and curriculum, with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Relevant certifications such as IBM Certified Deployment Professional
Security Identity Manager V7.0/V8.0 are a plus.
