  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on domestic and global talent acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the IT industry as a whole.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets.
  • Prior experience in lead generation and conversion of IT professionals is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

Salary:
Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
