1. Maintaining and checking database backup on daily basis.- Maintaining system & monitoring system performance.
- Maintaining Axpert ERP software, and clear programming related issues.
- Check and clear the user related quires about ERP
- Password reset & Lock and unlock the Axpert user account
- Monitor system performance
- Trouble shooting the ERP software related issues, with the help of development team
- Testing the new developed screens and implementing to the users.
- To provide guidance to junior level IT people and co-ordinate with clear the user related issues.
- Installing & configuring axpert software monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Creating new accounts of the workstations
- Trouble shooting network related issues.
- Release the blocked users through toad access tool.
- Implementing & maintaining security policies for the computer system and networks.
- ERP related issue tuning with the help of development teams.
- Training provided to vendor side and make the dc entries in our ERP software
