Invoice Administrator - Bengaluru, India - DEFA Lighting Solutions
Description
_Job Description_
- Responsible for creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to clients.
- Prepare account balances
- Manage debts or any other inconsistencies
- Calculate receivable bills
- Update the accounting system
- Deliver invoices and bills and to customers
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
- Create account statements for customers
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers when needed
- Statutory Knowledge
Preferably from Trading/ Manufacturing industry
Minimum experience 4 to 5 years
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
