KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned; by ensure constant engagement with customers during the customer lifecycle like welcome, agreement and handover of possession
- Responsible in maintaining MIS and closely working for Preparation of Final work Report.
- Cocoordinating with the internal partners and middle office teams for process improvement and updating the MIS report
- Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and communication with customers.
- Identify customers' requirements and manage the customer relationship in the best interest of the organization while meeting customer expectations
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
- Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
- Responsible to interact with clients to guide them and solve their queries.
- Prepare MIS reports of payment receivables, outstanding etc
- Facilitate Coordination between the clients and other teams (Sales / Finance / Operations).
- Issue letters / communication to clients and its followup.
- On boarding of customers post booking
- Achieving collections targets
- Inter Department Coordination & Communication
- Follow up with banks on loan sanctions and disbursements
- Customer query resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- Providing end to end after
- To ensure efficient query handling, issue resolution, data tracking and feedback.
- Strong Communication (Written & Verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate and construction industry trends and best practices.
Job Types:

₹12, ₹20,833.33 per month
