Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via chat to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and friendly service.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Adhere to company guidelines and standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in a customer service role, especially in a chatbased environment, is a plus.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with chatbased customer service platforms.
Customercentric attitude and empathy towards customer needs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
