Description

The PMO Executive Reporting role is in Citi's Global Functions Data Technology Cross Function Program Management Office.

This role will provide routine and ad hoc project updates in executive meeting presentation materials, reports for internal and external requirements, and staff communications for the GFT Data Organization.

This role will also manage any ad hoc projects assigned.

Responsibilities:

Develop presentation materials for various executive meetings, staff meetings, site meetings, etc.
Coordinate executive meetings, site meetings, etc. and publish meeting minutes for various meetings
Generate executive and stakeholder reports on project status, risks and resolutions, team achievements, etc.
Maintain and further enhance reports based on understanding of stakeholder and regulatory requirements
Collect reporting data from different systems and teams and resolve any reporting issues
Maintain a library of reusable data and reports
Participate in projects to implement any new reporting tools for report enhancement and automation
Streamline the reporting process to improve work efficiency

Qualifications:

9 years of work experience in producing high quality executive reports (preferably for technology organizations)
Experience in project governance reporting/project management preferred
Strong analytical skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting various deadlines in a fastpaced organization
Excellent organizational skills
Data driven, with a solid understanding of how to synthesize large amount of data into an executive view
Advanced MS Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Strong business acumen
Positive attitude, striving for continuous improvement

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
