Job Summary:

We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5-6 years of digital marketing experience to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations with a focus on developing and executing strategies to strengthen the company's and clients online presence and increase our marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM.
  • Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video).
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience in marketing automation technology.
  • Skills in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Salary:
₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
