Location:
Mumbai

Bandra BKC

Working 6 days a week (1 sat off/month)

Objectives of this role

Cultivate a network of dedicated donors Banks, volunteers, B2B & B2C
Spot new fundraising opportunities
Plan fundraising initiatives to help the organization meet financial goals
Form strong relationships with external stakeholders
Ensure major donors are satisfied and kept in the loop

Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough investigation of individuals, companies, and organizations who are interested in providing funds at a competitive rate.
Effectively convey the organization's mission, vision, and programs to potential donors
Strategize and successfully execute fundraising campaigns
Manage a budget and track whether goals are being met

Required skills and qualifications

A minimum of five to eight years of experience exclusively in fundraising.
Fundraising, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Financial Modelling.
Should be capable of preparing a presentation required for completing the funding process
Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to lead and motivate colleagues and volunteers.
Strong attention to detail
Passion for research
Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events
