Communications Specialist - Corporate Communications
Location:
Hyderabad

Your Role
You will be instrumental in creating and executing communication campaigns that demonstrate the impact of the Hyderabad GCC in alignment with Invesco's global vision, strategy and goals.
This will include supporting leadership communication, employee communication campaigns and will involve the curation and drafting of content for a range of internal communication channels and social media.
Your Responsibilities- Being in an individual contributor role, you will be the point of contact for corporate communications in Hyderabad, partnering closely with functions to source business and people stories.
- Responsible for endtoend execution; for producing clear, compelling, and engaging content aligned with the Invesco corporate and brand guidelines and distributing them through internal communication channels and social media.
- Be actively involved and contribute to strategy, content generation, process managing, community development, and campaign management.
- Coordinate and participate in the creation and publishing of social content on all Invesco platforms. Work with the team to implement social media strategies to increase engagement with target audiences and support Invesco Hyderabad's talent acquisition objectives.
- 810 years of work experience in Corporate Communications. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in internal communications, a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Possess strong proficiency in social media with a proven record of work. Knowledgeable of latest social trends pertaining to LinkedIn
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently.
- Intellectual agility the ability to learn and act on new information quickly and efficiently.
- Structured, disciplined approach to work with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player across all levels of the organization
- Keenness and aptitude to learn and upskill.
- Able to work in a global, multicultural environment.
Bachelor's degree with specialized course or advanced certification in field of communication is preferred.
