Duties and Tasks:

Develop a conservation education outreach strategy for Wildlife SOS
Planning and organizing events, including site selection, logístical arrangements, purchasing supplies, promoting events, scheduling and being the primary point of contact for the event.
Work with school conservation clubs to promote awareness of conservation through field trips, exchange visits, discussion groups, art competitions, essay writing, quizzes, and debates etc.
Liaising with schools and other local organizations
Produce schedules for everyday activities
Assign responsibilities to the right people for special events
Coordinate teams of volunteers for largescale actions and informing groups about the natural wild environment through guided walks, events and talks at the Bannerghatta Bear Rescue Centre
Communicate frequently with volunteers to ensure they are satisfied and wellplaced
Periodic evaluation of volunteers
Support Outreach programs of Wildlife SOS and organize them on environmentally significant days
Generating income via fundraising activities and volunteering programs
Disseminate information for upcoming actions and events
Develop and implement a monitoring program to evaluate the impacts of the education program
Keep detailed records of volunteers' information and assignments
Ensure the purpose of the organization and its actions is clearly communicated
Delivering educationbased presentations to schools for conservation engagement
Other administrative and management duties as assigned.
