BASIC FUNCTION


Responsible for successful migration of client data and reports along with functional validation of product from current legacy system into ADP HR/Payroll Products like HCM Vantage.

Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation and perform necessary activities with client for the migrations of projects


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) / ELT using ADP ETL Tools

ETL activities would include:

  • Discuss with client contact and/or project team in accessing the client data
  • Structure data into a format that can be used by migration process while maintaining complete data integrity
  • Compile conversion data and review mapping document
  • Perform Data Transformation using compiled source data and mapping document
  • Review the conversion with migration Project Team (Implementation Consultants etc.)
  • Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines.
  • Complete ownership throughout the data migration life cycle.
  • Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements.
  • Provides periodic status updates to the migration team. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advice and influence the project team and Clients.
  • Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation and perform necessary activities with client for the migrations of projects
  • Willing to work in different time zones; UK general shift (3 PM 12 AM IST) will be a mandate; Flexible to work in US general shift(5.30 PM AM IST) whenever required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or MCA.
  • Experience:
  • For Data Miner 3 to 7 Years of experience in Data Transformation activities or data conversion of implementation projects
  • Experience of working on Advanced SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge on Other Programming Languages(Java, Python etc.) / UFT / Selenium is a plus.
  • Experience of working on any Industry standard or proprietary ETL tool.
  • Having Development Background throughout.
