Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies to enhance store aesthetics and drive sales.
- Create visually appealing displays that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product features and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of merchandising efforts and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the merchandising strategies.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical ability to lift and move displays and props.
