Stores related

  • NSO: ordering process, coordination, setting up, training, etc.
  • Existing stores: New launches, new elements, standards and guideline check,
training, pan india parity

  • Collection/ Campaigns: coordination with central and regional teams, vendor
management, budget management, on time execution

  • Regional goals: Targets/ goals set by the Regional manager and other regional
members, Focus stores to be taken up based on CCL scores (internal assessment

based on company standards)

  • Consumer research: studies and surveys for various projects, coordinate with design
team to collect data/ feedback for the same

  • 5 successful conversions(sales) per month, understand the selling process, give
feedback and reports for the same.

  • Individual projects: complete ownership, approvals, data and analysis, strategies,
design etc.
years of experience in Visual Merchandising / Cluster VM profile.

  • VM Design/ Fashion management/ other design background
  • Ready to travel within the region
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹217, ₹700,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
