Salary: 15k-20k Monthly

Job Summary:

As a Junior Ecommerce Executive at Candes Technology, you will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce operations and contributing to the growth of our online sales.

Your primary focus will be on listing and cataloging products, handling order processing, managing returns, and utilizing your strong Excel skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

This role offers a great opportunity to learn and develop skills in ecommerce while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in listing and cataloging products on various ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and specifications.

Manage order processing, including order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipment tracking, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries related to orders, product availability, and returns, providing prompt and professional responses.

Process returns and exchanges, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records of return reasons and resolutions.

Utilize Excel to maintain and update product databases, pricing information, inventory levels, and sales reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support online promotions, discounts, and campaigns, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.

Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools, and provide insights to optimize product listings and improve conversion rates.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ecommerce best practices, and platform updates to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support the ecommerce team with ad-hoc tasks, such as data analysis, competitor research, and content creation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience or internship in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) and marketplace management tools is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Note:

This is a junior-level position, and training and mentorship will be provided to help you grow and advance in your career within the company.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
