Description
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and facilitate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and followup calls. Gather relevant information such as customer needs, preferences, and buying intentions.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing information persuasively to potential customers. Address any queries or concerns they may have and provide accurate information.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions with sales representatives.
- Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall sales team objectives.
- Record details of all calls, including outcomes, in the CRM system or designated software. Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Persuasive and convincing ability to influence customer decisionmaking.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center systems.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Pay:
₹10, ₹20,898.04 per month
