Description
Taking a leading role in managing student recruitment activities to attract suitably qualified applicants ensuring high level of conversion and delivery of recruitment targets- Being responsible for development, operational management and delivery of recruitment and conversion activity plans; managing network of agents, college/school relationships
- Collect, evaluate and share data with respect to the performance of individual recruitment initiatives and the overall student recruitment strategy
- Identify key target markets and opportunities based on market and business intelligence, trends and research to ensure recruitment strategies and plans are relevant to the business needs
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships and partnerships with new and existing external stakeholders, to help establish strong links with the University for prospective students
- Manage and develop the existing network of recruitment agents. This will include agreement and selection of partners, setting and managing performance targets, ongoing monitoring and support
- With the support of the Student Recruitment Compliance Officer and another incountry team, assist University in finalizing the final list of students recruited intakewise
- Identify, and attend student recruitment events including recruitment fairs, seminars, school agentorganized events, presentations at colleges, etc
- Manage all incountry agent conferences/appreciation events, counsellor training workshops, predeparture events
- Undertake appropriate market research, insights and marketing information such as positioning analysis, competitor analysis (benchmarking), demographic, economic or educational trend reviews for strategic planning
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, contribute to the development of student recruitment marketing materials (collateral, presentations, online content etc)
- Tracking and recording of all marketing activities fairs, agent visits, student meetings, academic visits, conversion webinars, etc for reporting and analysis
- Oversea the task of the coordinator and have regular meetings to stay updated on monthly/annual activity calendar, administrative SOPs and other travel related expenses
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in dynamic sales and/or partnership environments involving interactions with businesses and/or business owners.
- A methodical mindset, a lot of determination, balanced with excellent problem solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; a strong ability to build lasting relationships with partners.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data and take necessary actions.
- Ownership & Leading by Example.
- Proven ability to drive the process from planning to closure.
- Ability to act without being told what to do; must be capable of bringing new ideas to the table.
