ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Video Creator to join our marketing team in Bangalore.

This role will involve both filming and editing responsibilities, with a focus on producing engaging video content for the company social media accounts.

Previous experience in real estate is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Film highquality video content, including presentation videos and home tour videos, using a smartphone camera.
Ensure excellent audio and visual quality in all footage, paying attention to factors such as lighting, composition, and stability.
Edit video content to create polished and visually appealing final products.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques, particularly as they relate to social media platforms.
Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed, including photography and graphic design tasks.

Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop. OR any other professional video editing software.
Understanding of

Camera Basics:
Strong understanding of camera functions, composition principles, and lighting techniques.

Color Grading: Ability to enhance the visual aesthetic of videos through color grading techniques.
Pacing: Skill in determining the rhythm and flow of video content to maintain viewer engagement.
Sound Design: Ability to enhance the auditory experience of videos through effective sound design and audio mixing.
Video and

Audio Stabilization:
Experience in stabilizing shaky footage and minimizing unwanted noise in audio recordings.

Understanding of

Social Media:

Previous experience creating content for social media platforms, with a keen understanding of their unique requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video production, social media and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of video production.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Real Estate experience and exposure is preferable.

Experience:

1-2 years.
