Job Summary:


As a Lead generation Executive at Technotechlink, you'll be a vital part of our customer support team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

You'll interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about our products, services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-volume interactions.

Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Description:

  • 1.Should be aware about Australian culture.
  • Comfortable working in Morning shifts.
  • Should have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • B2C/Voice select Quality Required
  • And we can schedule the interview online.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 1.Should have a go getter attitude.
  • Need to just generate the leads during the call.
  • Ensure that customer's confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
  • Shift timings -6:00 am-3:00pm

Salary:
Commission Based.
