Experience:


  • Freshers 1 year

Job Responsibilities -

  • Domestic Process
  • Inbound process / Outbound process
  • Process on call.
  • Resolving customer queries through phone calls.

Shift Timings -
Male - Monthly Rotational (any 9 Hours Shift)

Female - Fixed Shift ( 9 Hours)


Qualification and Skills

  • Any Graduates
  • Must be able to speak basic Hindi & English

Salary:
Up to ₹190,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
