Educational / Student Counselor Responsibilities:


Location :
Airoli / Dombivali/ Thane

  • Listening to students' requirements and guiding them to select the appropriate course.
  • Providing oneonone career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development.
  • Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills.
  • Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
  • Judging the prospect clients.
  • Regular followups with the students and the inquiries.
  • Generate the more walkins and calling on leads.
  • Converting maximum inquiries into admissions.
  • English communication is must.

Student Counselor Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in counseling.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field.
  • Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment.
  • Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
  • Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
