Job Purpose

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Ensuring Product delivery within timelines
Optimal House keeping
Conducting System audits
Guiding and mentoring team to perform their duties effectively
Ensuring 100% statutory compliance, User Access Management for IN and Etopup

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Around 4 6 years of Experience in Product Configurations.
Domain expertise of Database and Application architecture
Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol. Should be able to do analysis on traces/tcpdump. Ericsson IN architecture. Ericsson SDP and AIR BC Configuration will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flow.
Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes.
Should have strong experience in People management

Must have technical / professional qualifications
