Execuitve - C4C Consultant- Resolving the C4C Support issues
- C4C Integration with ECC for Customers, Materials, Vendors & Sales Orders.
- C4C Sales & Service process
- C4C Configuration
- Unit testing and providing trainings to end users
- Other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
Sr. Executive - SAP SD (Functional)
- Provide training and user support
- Proactively identify and propose business process / system enhancements.
- To handle configuration related to Sales order/ Delivery / Billing
- To manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Preparing the functional specs in ABAO
- Trouble shoot any issues in SD and ABAP debugging
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
