Customer Care Executive (CCE) (work location - Ahmedabad)
International Voice Process -
Customer Service Representative for US clients
- Customer Care Specialist must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- BPO Executive must have ability to proactively understand customer issues and address it
- Must have Customer Centric approach
- Experience in International Customer Care Domain will be an added advantage and preferred
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree
- Salary is negotiable as per the experience and skill set.
- To take calls, chats & handle back office work promptly within agreed timescales and in line with agreed process and procedures.
- To ensure prompt and accurate information being provided with appropriate resolution
- To achieve operational targets as defined by for the process
- To maintain queue levels to agreed SLA targets levels
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
