We are looking for a motivated Female Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate properties, and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate properties and services.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels such as websites, social media, and referrals.
Provide information about available properties, pricing, and financing options to interested clients.
Schedule appointments for property viewings with qualified leads and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
