Position-Punching Operator(STEEL MANUFACTURING):

  • Operates and maintains punch machine and all related duties and responsibilities associated with running the machine
  • Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to understand specifications and ensure accurate production
  • Takes precise measurements of tooling for machine tool data
  • Select, build, align and load tooling into machine based on program and material requirements
  • Clean and lubricate tools as required
  • Plans shift to ensure accurate completion of jobs per production schedule
  • Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary
  • Check output to ensure consistency with inputs
  • Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs
  • Maintains a safe and clean workstation
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel in order to exchange technical information and plan for upcoming jobs.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹12, ₹13,000.00 per month
