Description
Handle incoming calls and customers' enquiries over phone and text, delivering an excellent level of customer service.- Resolve all customer queries regarding ordering and payment methods on how to order, modes of payments, promotion code, types of promotions etc.
- Provide product information, pricing details, delivery information to customer by working accordingly together with respective internal departments.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
