We are looking for a
Hostel warden / Dorm Parent for International Schools in Thrissur, Kerala to assist and supervise the dormitory activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Must have
    5+ years of experience in handling school dormitory activities
  • Orients new students and assists in their integration into dormitory life.
  • Supervises dormitory activities.
  • Support remedial or corrective actions and assists students in making better adjustments and in planning intelligent life goals.
  • Initiates and conducts group meetings with residents to discuss policies of the dormitory related to sleeping areas, social and recreational activities and general dormitory living.
  • Investigates reports of misconduct and attempts to resolve or eliminate causes of conflict.
