Roles & responsibilities:

Responsible for North America benefit process
Invoice validation and management
Coordinating with benefit vendors, HRBP, employees regularly
Data administration
Exemployment verification
HR letters, MOR letters
Maintaining Metrics and reporting

Required Skills:

Capable of analyzing the insufficient and discrepant reports and take actions to closure
Able to communicate at all levels
Should have experience in handling daily transactional activities and managing BGC related queries
