Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.
Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.
Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
Ensure a high level of customer service.
Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
Thorough understanding of Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.
Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills
Job Type:
Regular / Permanent
Pay:
₹180, ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
