Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India is a combined Line of Business-aligned (LOB-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.


GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products.

The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

About the job:

The

Product & LOB Engagement Senior Associate role will partner closely with the Headcount and Expense and Anaplan Product Owners, LOB P&A Leads, and LOB P&A teams to onboard users to the Headcount and Expense workflow in Anaplan. They will work closely with the various product owners to support their deliveries; focused on identifying LOB user requirements, assisting in prioritization of the product backlog and driving user adoption to the tool. They will also help to track the realization of business impact and benefits and manage the communication of project status to various stakeholders.

  • Obtain & document business requirements by interacting with all stakeholders and LoB GF&BM Teams.
  • Review data and perform analysis in Anaplan & LoB requirements.
  • Generate process flow diagrams and other required documentation where applicable.
  • Conduct significant data mining & analysis to support recommendations and necessary action items.
  • Conducting regular governance meeting with action points & timelines.
  • Maintain partnership with the LoB Team and Anaplan development teams
  • Assist clients with any query on the project.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
  • Provide status to LoB Teams, senior management & working group.
  • Assist in managing the overall project governance.
  • Assist with defining and documenting operating model.
  • Write User Stories, and contribute towards organizing these into Themes and Epics.
  • Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Experience as a functional consultant in one of the top ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft)
  • Practical exposure to Agile frameworks and Scrum methodology
