    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinatewith they key stakeholders of the organization to identify staffingneeds and the selectioncriteria
    • Role wiserecruitment strategy to meet the requirements of theorganization.
    • Roles tobe hired for include tech and non techones
    • Source potentialcandidates through online channels (e.g. job portals andprofessionalnetworks)
    • Planinterview and selection procedures including screening callsassessments and inpersoninterviews
    • Design jobdescriptions and interview questions that reflect each position srequirements
    • Coordinationand working with different agencies including onboarding for ourhiring needs
    • Managethe candidate experience throughout the recruitment processproviding timely communication and feedback tocandidates.
    • Workclosely with managers & founders to improve workrelationships build morale and increase productivity andretention
    Requirements:
    • Minimum12 years of Experience in Recruitment Staffing TalentAcquisition
    • Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and prioritiessimultaneously.
    • Theability to work in a fastpaced environment with sharp recruitmentdeadlines and multiplemanagers
    • Prioritizationskills and the ability tomultitask
    • Competencyin maintaining confidentialinformation
    • Immediatejoinerspreferred
