Qualification:


  • B Arch or Diploma in Architecture

Skills Required:


  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in 3D Max
  • Proficiency in SketchUp

Additional Preferences:


  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities:


  • Produce architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD.
  • Create detailed 3D models and renderings using 3D Max and SketchUp.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop design concepts and present them to clients.
  • Assist in project coordination and management.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
, 3D Max, and SketchUp.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
