Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services and generate leads.
Engage with prospective clients, understand their real estate needs, and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with clients.
Keep accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings, meetings, and followups.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Customer Support Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of real estate industry trends, terminology, and processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goaloriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and objectives.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
