Key Responsibilities:


Industry Research:
Stay updated with the latest trends and job requirements in the IT industry.
Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruitment agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.


Networking and Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with potential employers to create a robust network of hiring partners.
Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote our training programs and identify placement opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, placement services, or HR functions, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and software development processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with resume screening techniques and interview processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
