Chief Executive Officer - Mumbai, India - Team Management Services
Description
- P&L responsibility
- Setting up and Executing Organizational Strategy to achieve the company goals & vision.
- Creating a organizational structure & building the Senior Leadership Team.
- Make Capital Allocation Decisions.
- Making a robust marketing / product launch plan & executing the same.
- Industry Experience in Alcohol or Beverages industry is a must.
- Experience in marketing activities in Nightclubs, Hotel Chains, etc. is required.
- Experience in new product launches for alcohol or Alco-beverages would be a plus.
- Experience in handling P&L for VC FUNDED STARTUPS IN FMCG or ALCO-BEV industry.
- Sound Experience in working with LIQUOR / ALCOHOL or FMCG brands in senior leadership/Management role or above job title is required.
- Experience in launching Alcohol / Alco-Bev / FMCG products in the market from scratch.
- Should be Passionate about branding and marketing Alco-Bev or FMCG products.
- Entrepreneurship experience.
