Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in a luxurious resort or hotel setting. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail will ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation.
Provide information on menu items, make recommendations, and address any special requests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for order processing and billing.
