Description
:- Execute processes in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines. Performs a wide variety of administrative/Operational duties for assigned team(s) & function(s).
- Responsible for gathering and summarizing enabling data to execute assigned tasks, handling the vendor invoices & payment coordination.
- Handling regional sales data & coordination with sales team for sales credit split.
- Responsible for providing administrative support on activities related to a customer order
- Work with required regional & domestic stakeholders to ensure compliance & smooth processing of the activities/processes assigned.
- Demonstrates accountability for completing work assignments given in the form of process objectives & goals; meets commitments and deadlines.
- Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary technical, financial and commercial information.
- Extract data (from business systems, SAP / others) & publish necessary reports required by the various regional stakeholders as per the established cadence & guidelines.
- Coordinate with multiple teams across organization for required updates, Customer creation, ordering material thro shopping carts.
- Coordinate with marketing function for regional marketing activities & marketing linkages
