Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
Act as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
Keep track of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insights to the sales team.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required to support the sales department.
