Description
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain records and files
- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in shareholding and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Presentable with a professional demeanor
- Good knowledge of client servicing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
