Description
Work experience in handling / engaging with customers from the front end and online. Comfortable in working with computers (basic skills and Microsoft Office) and willing to adapt newer technologies/office automation. Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing abilityAt least 1year of experience in any sales preferred
Experience in retail sales would be a plus responsiblities.
Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.
To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision and also suggest add-on products.
Other responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day store operations, daily reports and budgets
Salary:
₹300, ₹700,000.00 per year
