Description

Property Accounting Assistant needed to perform daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks for MRI PMX clients.

Tasks include bank reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (charging bill backs, posting tenant receipts, other non-recurring charges), Accounts Payable (entering invoices, verifying expense coding), variance analysis and producing financial reports.

Clients are located in North America. Work hours will be US eastern time zone business hours. 1+ years experience as a property accountant using MRI PMX software required.
