TITLE:
Scrum Master

LOCATION:
Gurgaon**
WORKING SHIFT:12 PM to 9 PM IST**
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:3 to 4 Year**s


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Needs to forecast the numbers of deliverable possible in an iteration, which is based on bandwidth and story points.
  • Capable to manage the project with agreed scope, timeline and expected quality.
  • Co-ordinate with Product owners to work on product backlog and new requests.
  • Guiding the team to incorporate Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Removing impediments or guiding team to remove it by finding the right personnel. Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
