Description
If a caller has a complaint, the agent should listen carefully to the complaint and provide appropriate help.- If a caller asks for a return call, the agent must schedule a time for the return call. The agent must also schedule a return call if the caller asks for a callback within a certain time frame.
- If the customer service agent does not have the information or authority to resolve the issue, the customer service agent must direct the caller to the appropriate customer service representative.

ONE WAY CAB FACILTY
SHOULD ATLEAST HAVE SIX MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC VOICE PROCESS
SHOULD SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH

Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

- International voice process: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:
- EXPERIENCE AND REVEALING LETTER (required)
- TWO DOSE OF VACCINATION CERTIFICATE (required)
