  • Reporting to the Chairman, Responsible for matters related to calendar management, information gathering and
presentation etc.
Responsible for matters related to calendar management, information gathering and presentation etc.
He should be able to handle multiple tasks effortlessly with basic secretarial work.
Travel along with the Chairman and assist in their overseas work if required.
Organizing and coordinating interviews and scheduling meetings/conferences.
Drafting letters independently, taking dictation, and rolling out circulars to the larger management team will be part of the
responsibility.
Getting work done from other assistants/support staff including giving directions.
Follow up with external agencies on various matters and report the same to the Chairman/MD.
Regularly updating of required information and reports, including preparation of MIS reports.
Organize office systems-maintain databases / visiting cards folder / create and maintain filing system.
Managing, organizing, arranging & coordinating for travel arrangement. This will include accompanying the Chairman / MD
on domestic & international trips if required.
Organize periodic management review meetings with the VPs/ Executive Management and participate in the same for
recording MOM and circulate action Plans for deviations.
Information sourcing for issues of business interest, new technology, and internationally acclaimed work practices as and
when requested.
Managing events/functions - supplier meets, customer Interactive seminars & arranging annual conference/s.
