Overview:


Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Winntus Formworks' products and services, targeting construction companies, contractors, and other potential clients.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and upsell additional products or services as appropriate.

Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Winntus Formworks' solutions.

Collections Management: Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices. Implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding payments and resolve any payment disputes or discrepancies.

Marketing Collateral: Create marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials, to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve sales performance.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, collection efforts, and marketing ROI. Present findings to management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or collections role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a track record of achieving sales targets and collection goals.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills to effectively address client issues and resolve payment disputes.
